I had a lovely stay at this standard Premier Inn. The room was smart and clean as expected, although the wobbly bathroom floor was a bit disconcerting. The location just off the A14 was convenient, with friendly staff and good dining options. However, the ambiance in the hotel could be improved, and being close to a building site was a downside.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were perfect in every way and incredibly clean thanks to the dedicated housekeeping team, though a bit warm with difficulty setting the air conditioning to a comfortable temperature. The downstairs rooms were a bit far from reception and dining facilities.

Our stay was perfect for our needs with friendly staff who even gave our little girl a lovely gift. The rooms were spacious, had a superb power shower, and very comfortable beds, though slightly spoiled by other minor issues. The location was excellent for our purposes, quiet despite being near the A14, and with plenty of parking. The dining experience was great with cooked-to-order delicious meals. Overall, a delightful stay that I would repeat.
